Free Shipping
Shipping is free for most items over $25 shipped within the continental US.
We provide UPS, or USP ground shipping to all continental US 48 states. If an item
is needed sooner, additional rates may apply. When buying accessory items for an
instrument, items will ship within the same packaging if possible. If accessories are
too large, ship to different addresses, are needed sooner, etc., additional rates will
apply. In most cases, shipments will arrive to continental US destinations within 3 to
5 days of shipping.
Local Pick-up/Delivery
Pick-up and Courier Delivery is an option for customers residing in the greater
Indianapolis, Indiana area. Courier Delivery rates are estimated upon time-frame
preferred.
Shipments to: Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska
There is a shipping charge of $33 per package.
Overseas APO/FPO
No additional charge to CONUS US APO/FPO addresses. There is a $33 shipping
charge for shipping to all non-CONUS US military addresses.
Mexico & Canada
There is an extra shipping charge of $33 per package.
International excluding Mexico & Canada
Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Address Changes
We are not responsible for: unexpected address changes, address change after order
has been shipped, entering a wrong shipping address at checkout or via email no
post order information is excepted via phone.
Return Guidelines
Our goal at Kids Guitars, is to insure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help you
return your purchase for an exchange full refund. Please read the following guidelines:
To initiate a refund or exchange, please e-mail us at info@kids-guitar.com
receive authorization.
For a refund, please return items within 30 days of receipt as per shipping
history.
All items for return must be unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in
the original manufacturer's packaging with: all warranty cards, manuals, etc.
We will pay return shipping costs if the item in question is a result of our
error, i.e., faulty, incorrect or damaged item.
If the item in question is not the result of our error, shipping charges will be
billed to the customer or deducted from the monetary refund.
If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong product, we will gladly exchange
one product for another product of the same value. Under this circumstance,
please notify us within 48 hours buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, under this circumstance, please notify us within
24 hours as this type of damage is covered by the shipping carrier\s insurance
and return shipping will not be charged to you.
If an item is returned with buyer damage/not in original condition, we will refund
80% of the original cost.
If an item is returned with no prior contact to us concerning the return, we will
refund 80% of the original cost.
If a buyer refuses a shipment for any reason, we charge a $10.00 for the
added labor plus all freight charges.
Refunds should be received within four weeks or less.
Outgoing Returns/refunds are not generated until incoming retuned items have
been processed.
The following products are not eligible for a refund:
straps, batteries, strings, books, video - DVDs & VHS,
harmonicas, pitch pipes, picks, opened cleaning care items, any
and all unpackaged hardware, liquids or lubricants.
